Shipping Policies

For PREORDERS:

📦 Inventory arrival timeframe: Estimated 8–10 business days after preorder closing

🚚 Customer shipping timeframe: Once inventory is received, orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days

♡ In the case of delays or product issues with the manufacturer, I will do my best to let you know ASAP. However, please understand any manufacturing delays or postal service delays is out of my control :(

♡Please understand PREORDERS may take up to 1-1.5 months to recieve product due to the delivery timeline of my manufacturer.

regarding INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

♡ I currently do not offer international shipping at this moment. Unfortunately as a small business, I simply do not have the captial to invest in international shipping and future plans to do so will depend on varying factors :(

regarding DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

♡ Rates are taken from USPS's shipping rates by zones and by oz per package depending on where I personally ship out the packages (I am based in SoCal!)

FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS:

♡ I accept cancellations within 3 days of your purchase

♡If your order arrived with missing/ damaged products, received the wrong items, or the package is lost in transit, please contact me at my CONTACT page at the top of the website, and I'll do my very best to help you out!
